Hi I’m Wil, CEO/Manager of Wil Buy Houses (www.Wibuynow.info) website which is a subsidiary of WE… SoCal Invest, a family business.
I grew up in the Greater Los Angeles area. After high school and attending a couple JV colleges, I then decided to Served in the US Army prior to the closing of the Vietnam War. After an honorable discharge in 1977, I worked for the city of Los Angeles, Park & Recreations for about 2 years. After, I was employed as a Coach and Light Rail Train Operator for a mass transportation company and retired. I have a lovely wife, two fine sons, a beautiful daughter whom just married last year (and of course as an addition received a wonderful son in-law). Oh last, but not least two lively, lovely grand daughters that won’t allow a boring moment.
My interest grew in real estate in my latter years after purchasing a few homes. I help a San Antonio investor, who had difficulty selling his investment property. There was another property in Helendale a resort area outside of Victorville in which I did the same for another investor seller. Also a divorcing mom with one child who needed to sell fast in Morongo Valley.
Now our desire is to help challenged home owners by informing them of there options, so they can make a decision that be less painful, come out of the situation with less or scars on there credit. Sometime adverse credit scores may affect the home owner’s employment status. There is a doable solution to most home owner problems. But it doesn’t help to do, just nothing at all. Always keep in mind, most solution are viable. The earlier, one become proactive to their challenges, greater is the possibility of an eventual, encouraging outcome. We would love to help.
